Do I have access to all coaches or just one?

All coaches are accessible throughout the week via direct messaging in the App. Video calls can be scheduled in advance as well. We are committed to providing timely and efficient support. Our goal is to reply to all inquiries quickly, and we promise to respond within 24 hours at the latest.

What do I do if I have questions or need help?

If you have any questions or need assistance with our coaching services, we encourage you to contact us. As a client, this service is included in what you pay for, so don't hesitate to ask us anything you're unsure about. If your schedule changes, please let us know so we can modify your program to achieve the best results. Please note that this service is only available to clients who have purchased our coaching services.

How much time should I expect to invest per week?

We understand that everyone has different lifestyles and goals, so we tailor the program to fit your needs. We do not want you to feel overwhelmed, and we aim to make the process as enjoyable as possible for you.

I work unusual hours, will this still work for me?

Yes, our program is suitable for individuals with unconventional work schedules. We work with clients from all walks of life and adjust the program to fit your schedule, ensuring you achieve the best results.

Can I still eat the foods that I like?

Yes, you can eat the foods you enjoy. We provide a list of recommended foods, and you can choose your favourites from the list. During a fat loss diet, we recommend avoiding foods that are less filling and nutrient-dense, as they can make you hungrier and increase cravings. There are no "bad" foods; instead, some foods should be avoided during a fat loss diet, while others are best consumed in moderation for health.

Do we offer in-person training?

We transitioned our program completely to online to offer our clients more value at a more affordable price. This shift provides greater accountability, consistent communication, and an increase in the number of workouts beyond the three per week typically offered in-person. For our local clients, look out for our in-person group meetups to train collectively as a team!

Is everything custom to me?

Yes, each protocol is tailored specifically to you and your current position and goals, with a sustainable approach in mind. We make informed, science-based decisions based on recorded data over time in the program. We avoid using a one-size-fits-all approach, and we may modify your program as we progress.

What equipment will I need to be most successful?

To achieve the best results, you will need a digital food scale that accurately measures food to the nearest gram, a bodyweight scale to track your weight, and access to training equipment. We recommend training at a commercial gym, as this provides the best opportunity to retain or gain muscle and lose fat.

What results can I expect?

We always set realistic expectations for our clients and hold them to a high standard. Every individual's journey is unique, and we work towards a long-term goal, avoiding quick fixes. We take a science-based approach to achieve the best results for each client.
