Matthew Moloney

Matthew began his journey in health and wellness in 2014 when he enrolled in the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Humber College. There, he developed a solid foundation in exercise science and biomechanics, sparking a passion for weightlifting that later expanded into a love of running. Currently, Matt is training for a marathon, embodying his commitment to an active lifestyle.

After graduating, Matt sought to deepen his expertise and, in 2017, pursued a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Guelph-Humber. This advanced education provided him with a comprehensive understanding of exercise and rehabilitation science, emphasizing the vital role of movement in healing and recovery. During this time, Matt became a certified Personal Trainer at GoodLife Fitness, where he applied his knowledge of human anatomy and exercise science to help clients achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives.

The COVID-19 pandemic prompted Matt to reflect on his long-term aspirations and explore new ways to integrate his skills and passions into a fulfilling career. This led him to complete the Massage Therapy program at Humber College, graduating in 2023. Today, Matt is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), dedicated to supporting clients on their journey to improved health and well-being.
